Booking policies

Rates

Rates are per room, per night, in Mexican pesos (MXN), and include taxes (VAT and lodging tax).

Rates may change without notice; the rate confirmed in your reservation is honored.

How your reservation is confirmed

When you send the booking form without online payment, we receive a request. Your reservation is confirmed only once we confirm it by email or phone.

Once online payment is available, you can pay the full stay or a deposit equal to the first night; the balance is paid on arrival. Card payments are processed by Stripe; the hotel does not store your card details.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 12:00 (Guaymas time). The front desk is open 24 hours.

Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry an extra charge.

A valid government-issued ID of the person holding the reservation is required at check-in.

Occupancy

Each room type has a maximum occupancy. All guests, including minors, count toward it.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date (at 3:00 pm, Guaymas time).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, and no-shows, are charged the first night.

Any refund is made to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

If you decide to leave earlier than booked, please let the front desk know as soon as possible.

Tours

Tours are run by independent local operators. Before booking we confirm the operator’s price, schedule, meeting point and cancellation terms.

To arrange your tour we share your name, phone, date and number of people with the operator.

Events

The event space is booked in advance. Terms, cost and schedule for each event are agreed in writing with the hotel.

Pool rules

Swimwear only: no street clothes, denim or cotton T-shirts in the pool.

Please shower before entering the pool.

Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.

Babies must wear swim diapers.

No glass bottles or glasses in the pool area.

No food in the water.

No running, pushing or diving.

No entry while intoxicated.

No pets in the pool area.

Please respect the posted pool hours and other guests' rest.

Use of the pool is at your own risk.

During your stay

Please respect other guests’ rest and the pool rules posted in the area.

Damage to the property caused by guests may be charged.
