Data we collect

Identification and contact details: name, email and phone.

Details of your stay or request: dates, room type, number of guests, tours requested and any comments you send.

At check-in: the details on your government-issued ID.

Payment details: when you pay by card online, they are collected and processed directly by Stripe; the hotel does not store them.

We do not request sensitive personal data.

How we use your data

Necessary purposes: handling your request, confirming availability, managing your reservation and stay, billing and invoicing, arranging the tours you request, contacting you about your reservation and meeting legal obligations.

The property has security cameras for the safety of guests and staff.

We do not use your data to send you advertising without your consent.

How we store and protect it

Requests you send from the site (bookings, tours and pool passes) are stored in an encrypted Cloudflare database and also emailed to the hotel.

Only authorized hotel staff can see them, through a private login that requires a one-time code sent to their email. Every view, change or deletion is logged.

We keep these requests for up to 24 months; after that they are deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

To protect the forms from bots we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser without advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate and only process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, database, email delivery and bot protection) and Stripe (payment processing).

The operator of a tour you request, only the details needed to book it (name, phone, date and number of people).

Authorities, when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights (ARCO)

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data, and revoke or limit your consent. Email [email protected] with your name, a way to reply, an ID and a description of your request. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use its own advertising or tracking cookies.

It includes a Google Maps map and Google Fonts typefaces, which may collect technical data from your browser under their own policies. Cloudflare may use technical cookies for security.

We count clicks on restaurant ads anonymously to report to advertisers; nothing that identifies you is stored.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site. It uses no cookies and does not identify visitors.

Any change to this privacy notice will be posted on this page, with the date of its latest update.
